1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the United States.

2. How long does delivery take?

UK: 2–4 business days
USA: 3–6 business days

4. Do you offer tracking?

Yes. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

5. Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, but only within 2 hours after placing your order. Once production starts, changes and cancellations aren’t possible.

Yes. You have 30 days from purchase to request a refund or replacement. No fees or restocking charges apply.

8. What if I entered the wrong address?

Please email us immediately at support@milaner.shop. If the order has already shipped and is returned as undeliverable, extra shipping fees may apply.
